Our complete build package includes access to an award-winning architect and your chance to create the space you need.
After initial contact we will arrange a time and date convenient with you to discuss proposed works, ideally on-site.
Upon instruction we will endeavour to allocate the time and date for the required work at your earliest convenience.
If the proposed work requires planning we can put you in touch with our architect who will be able to design and plan the build. Once planning has been granted, we can provide a quotation based upon the work contained within the final set of plans (structural calculations will be forwarded over to our structural engineer).
For mid to large projects, we tend to break down the project into four stages with clear milestones and an accompanying payment plan.
All electrical work undertaken has a 12 month warranty and is governed by the NIC EIC for 7 years. Warranty information for building work is provided on a per project basis.
